چکیده
А im: to reveal the rate of large rearrangements in genes responsible for familial adenomatous polyposis, MUTYH -associated polyposis and Peutz–Jeghers syndrome. Materials methods. The MLPA method was used identification rearrangements. A total number 135 patients included study: 83 with a clinical diagnosis “familial polyposis”, 18 — suspected 34 “Peutz–Jeghers syndrome”. Results. Seven deletions one duplication APC gene were identified classic 9.6 % (8/83). In no found gene. Four STK11 (12 %, 4/34) detected Conclusion. For first time, expediency including detecting routine DNA test list Russian various hereditary syndromes is demonstrated. Routine use makes it possible increase frequency detection pathogenic variants above 90 %. At same need searching not justified.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is mostly due to a series of genetic alterations that are being greatly under the influence of the environmental factors. These changes, mutational or epigenetic modifications at transcriptional forefront and/or post-transcriptional effects via miRNAs, include inactivation and the conversion of proto-oncogene to oncogenes, and/or inactivation of tumor suppressor genes (T...

Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and MUTYH-associated polyposis (MAP) are inherited disorders associated with multiple colorectal adenomas that lead to a very high risk of colorectal cancer. The somatic mutations that drive adenoma development in these conditions have not been investigated comprehensively. In this study we performed analysis of paired colorectal adenoma and normal tissue DN...

Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), caused by a germline mutation in the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) gene on chromosome 5q21, is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by hundreds to thousands of adenomas throughout the gastrointestinal tract. A variety of extraintestinal manifestations, including thyroid, soft tissue, and brain tumors, may also be present. These patients inevitabl...

The other mode of treating these patients are subtotal colectomy with ileorectal anastomosis alongwith regular follow up with proctoscopy for development of cancer in retained rectal mucosa(3,7). Recently, Stevan et al. (8) utilized laproscope for total proctocolectomy as well as ileoanal anostomosis while others performed ileopouch anal anastomosis alongwith total proctocolectomy(9,10). Thus t...
